You cannot withdraw money from Hellcase: only items leave the site, through a Steam Trade Offer, and we found no page for provably fair play (a system that lets you check results yourself), although the site claims it. The platform has run since 2016 (according to the site’s markup) and offers about 300 CS2 cases. The site’s own review page says 4.6, while Trustpilot shows 3.4.

How we checked this site1 min read

We checked Hellcase on 29 Sep 2026 from Georgia, covering:

  • public pages, the FAQ and the Terms of Use;
  • the cashier for Georgia;
  • levels, Premium and daily cases (after signing in through Steam);
  • game modes, the event, FACEIT tournaments and Trustpilot.

We do not deposit or withdraw money, so payout speed is judged from the sites’ published rules and public reviews, not measured. We did send one support request on 30 Sep 2026 (see Interface and Support). On 1 Oct 2026 we typed cs2check into the promo field of the deposit window on a test account: the site showed “Activated” and “10% for deposit”, and for a $100 refill it listed $100 plus a $10 bonus plus 500 bonus coins. We did not pay. The partner also describes +10% on the first three top-ups, +7% on the fourth and +5% after that. Our check of the conditions: no classic wagering, a case can be opened right after the code is entered, the minimum deposit is $2, and a 1x turnover rule applies to the deposit with its bonus (open cases for the refill amount before taking an expensive drop). That is a clear reward with wagering of 1x and a published cap, so the promo scores 4.0, not 5, because the rules and the interface describe the bonus differently. Our first account was banned (see below); the support request came from a new account we registered afterwards.

3.2out of 5
The short versionour score
What works
  • About 300 CS2 cases, upgrades, contracts, battles: 4 main modes
  • Deposits by cards, BTC, ETH, USDT, LTC, TON and skins from $5
  • Min. item withdrawal $2.00
What does not
  • No cash withdrawal, only skins via Steam Trade Offer
  • No provably fair page, RTP not published
  • Trustpilot 3.4 against the 4.6 the site claims

If you play for cases, upgrades and battles and accept winnings as skins, Hellcase fits. If you need money on a card or verifiable fairness, look elsewhere.

Hellcase Promo Code: What It Actually Gives You

Promo code & bonus4.0

Under the affiliate program rules, a referred player gets +10% on the first three deposits, +7% on the fourth and +5% on every deposit after that. The deposit window also fills in a first-deposit code by default with +10% on the first deposit, so a starting bonus exists even without a code of your own. Our code cs2check goes into the “Enter promo code” field at the top of the deposit window and then Apply. On 1 Oct 2026 the window then read “Activated: Promo code, 10% for deposit”, and a $100 refill showed $100 + $10 (10%) + 500 bonus coins. The amounts beyond the first deposit are the partner’s own description; we have not measured the credited amounts or the wagering conditions, so check the percentage shown in the cashier.

Promo code & bonus4.0
Downside

the rules and the interface describe the bonus differently. The rules say +10% applies to the first three deposits, while one of the codes we found on the site showed +10% on all deposits after login. We go by the rules; if a bonus on every deposit matters to you, check the cashier before paying.

Our take

when we opened the /fairness page, the site redirected us to the home page with the address /?promocode=airness, meaning it treated part of the address as a promo code. So a code can be filled in straight from a link, and no fairness page exists at those addresses.

  1. Open Hellcase through our referral link below and sign in through Steam.
  2. Open the deposit window and type cs2check into “Enter promo code”, then press Apply.
  3. Check that the window says “Activated” and shows the bonus (we saw “10% for deposit”).
  4. Check the amount under “You will get” before you pay, and deposit at least $5.

The FAQ (checked 1 Oct 2026) sets a maximum: the most you can get from using a referral code and refilling is $100, or $150 for Premium users, and a code can be used only once. Our own check: there is no classic wagering and a case can be opened at once after the code is entered, but a 1x turnover rule applies to the deposit plus bonus: you open cases for the refill amount before you take an expensive drop. The minimum deposit is $2. We found no expiry.

How to use the Hellcase code

Promo code questions

Can I enter a code after my first deposit?

We found no rules on this. The default code is tied to the first deposit, so sign up through the referral link before you pay: +10% of $100 is $10, and of the minimum $5 it is $0.50.

Payment methods depend on your country and show on the payment page. SEPA and Pix are listed in the site’s markup, but they were not in the list for Georgia. Some payments are processed by G2A (stated in the FAQ). KYC (identity verification) is required on withdrawal and if a violation is suspected; at payment, name and phone are optional.

Downside

the $5 minimum in the cashier does not match the withdrawal condition. The FAQ (checked 1 Oct 2026) says a refill of at least $2 is needed before items can be withdrawn, while the cashier lowest preset is $5. If you plan a small trial deposit, ask support about the threshold first.

Hellcase Withdrawal: Skins Only, via Steam

Deposit & withdrawal3.0

There is one way out, Steam Trade Offer, and the Terms of Use say plainly that only items can be withdrawn. The minimum item value is $2.00, and you need at least one deposit before withdrawing.

Deposit & withdrawal3.0
WithdrawalItems only, via Steam Trade Offer, min. item value $2.00; no cash
Downside

there is no withdrawal to a card, crypto or wallet. If you want money, you would have to sell the item on a third-party site and pay its fee. Find the inactivity clause in the Terms of Use before you deposit.

Read the full analysis1 min read

The FAQ says withdrawing items needs a refill of at least $2 and that a won item waits up to 30 days. We found no fee or wagering rule, and did not test withdrawal ourselves.

Storage. From our first notes (not re-checked: the site showed a Cloudflare check), an unclaimed item is stored for 30 days, then its value returns to your balance. The Terms of Use also say that after withdrawal Hellcase is not responsible for a trade being cancelled, rolled back or held: if Steam returns or delays the item, the site takes no responsibility (an early-check point, not re-verified).

Withdrawal questions

Is verification required?

KYC is required on withdrawal and when a violation is suspected; we found no thresholds or document lists.

Is Hellcase Legit? License, Company and Game Fairness

Trust2.5Game fairness2.5

Short answer: we found no proof that Hellcase is a scam, but also no license, no way to verify game results and a Trustpilot score of 3.4. That is why trust gets 2.5 out of 5, and we would treat the site as safe only for money you can afford to lose.

Trust2.5Game fairness2.5
OperatorMolteon Pte. Limited (Singapore) for customers outside the EU; Yomoly LTD (Cyprus) for EU customers
LicenseNot stated: we found no gambling license
Provably fairClaimed; odds shown on the case page, no verification page
Downside

you cannot check a result yourself. There is no provably fair page: /fair and /fairness lead to the home page with a promo code in the link.

Downside

the site inflates its own rating. The review page states 4.6 and “7,200+” reviews, the promotional text says “almost 6,000” and 72% five-star, and the schema.org markup says 3.6 and 8,575. Trustpilot shows 3.4 and 8,799, the better reference.

Our take

after the check, we signed in to the same account through a VPN from another country (Argentina) and saw a “You are banned” page instead of the account with a term until 28 Sep 2036 and the reason “AUTOBAN MULTIACC ABUSE”. The date in the reason text, 28 Sep 2026, is a day earlier than our check date (29 Sep 2026); we do not know why. The site did not say what triggered it. We suspect the VPN and the change of country: this is the only Steam account we have and it was used actively on this site, so a genuine second account is unlikely. This is our guess, not a confirmation from the site.

Downside

an automatic 10-year ban with no warning and no quick way to learn the reason. If you use a VPN or log in from different countries, keep this in mind: while banned, the account and any items on the balance are out of reach.

License

The site states no gambling license, and we found none. The Casino.guru page for Hellcase returned a 404, and we found no equivalent for case-opening sites. So we judge safety by company details, rules and reviews.

Who is behind the site

For customers outside the EU the operator is Molteon Pte. Limited (13 Keppel Bay Drive, Singapore), and for EU customers it is Yomoly LTD (Paphos, Cyprus). The entities and addresses are stated openly; we did not check them in the Singapore or Cyprus registers.

By the site’s own counters, it has about 19.4 million players and 265 million cases opened. We cannot confirm this, and the numbers show size, not fair games or payouts.

Provably fair and RTP

Provably fair works like this: before a round the site shows a hash of its secret number (server seed), you set your own (client seed), and afterwards the site reveals the secret so anyone can recalculate the result. The outcome cannot be swapped later.

Hellcase claims provably fair, but we found only item drop odds on the case page, with no hash, revealed number, verification page or scripts. RTP (return to player, the share of stakes paid back over many games) is not published for any mode.

In practice you take Hellcase at its word: a case, upgrade or contract result cannot be checked. With RTP unknown, the price of play is unknown too, meaning how much the site keeps from each dollar spent (the house edge). For anyone who values verifiability, that is the main argument against it.

Reputation

On Trustpilot, Hellcase has a TrustScore of 3.4 from 8,799 reviews (1 Oct 2026; the star split and the review sample below are as of 29 Sep 2026), and the profile is claimed by the company. As of 29 Sep 2026, 67.5% of reviews were five-star and 23.7% one-star; according to the profile, the company replies to negative reviews within 48 hours. Trustpilot’s summary lists general complaints: withdrawal blocks and drop rates (the odds of items dropping). We found no public incidents.

What recent reviews say. We read the 20 latest English-language Trustpilot reviews, written between 20 and 28 Sep 2026 (as of our check date, 29 Sep 2026). The overall star picture covers all languages, the sample only English. It is small and shows mood, not statistics: 8 reviews are 5-star, 8 are 1-star and the rest 2-4 stars, so one-star reviews are clearly more common than on the site as a whole. The themes:

  • six call the game unprofitable or the site a scam;
  • two say item prices differ from Steam;
  • one describes a KYC request after withdrawing a few skins: the check, in their words, was rejected at once and the other items stayed on the site;
  • one claims the upgrader does not use provably fair;
  • two mention support: one calls it quick, the other describes a reply in about an hour.

We did not verify the reviews: some may be inflated or left at the company’s invitation. The Steam price gap and KYC after withdrawal are worth weighing before you deposit.

What happened to our account

The ban page offers support contact only after logging in to a Steam account. We did not appeal the ban. On 30 Sep 2026 we registered a new account and used it only for the support test, so the ban on the first account and the disputed points remain unresolved.

Legitimacy and safety questions

Is it legal to play on Hellcase?

It depends on your country. We found no license, and the rules contain no list of banned countries. We are not lawyers: check your local law first.

Is Hellcase a scam?

We found no public incidents of unpaid withdrawals. But there is no license, fairness cannot be verified, and Trustpilot shows 3.4 (23.7% one-star as of 29 Sep 2026). We do not call the site fraudulent; play only with what you can afford to lose.

Downside

RTP is not published for any mode. How much the site keeps in cases, upgrades and contracts is unknowable, so you cannot compare Hellcase with other sites on the price of play.

Our take

as of 29 Sep 2026 an event called 51 Series (Area 51) runs until about 15 Oct 2026. Tokens are given for deposits ($2 gets 5 tokens, $500 gets 250), and the chance of a token in event cases grows with the case price, from 25% ($0.50) to 99% ($94.00), so tokens come easier on expensive cases. Free FACEIT tournaments run inside it: 9 Oct 2026 (1v1, prize $341), 10 Oct 2026 (Wingman 2v2, $1,004) and 11 Oct 2026 (5v5, $2,350).

Game mode questions

How is an item’s drop chance different from RTP?

A drop chance says how often an item appears; RTP says how much you get back on average per dollar spent. A case’s RTP equals the sum of “item probability x item value” divided by the case price, so if the page shows both, you can estimate it yourself. The site publishes no single RTP figure. Two caveats: the site sets item values itself and, per reviews, they can differ from Steam; and one rare drop skews the average, so short-run results almost always fall below it.

Can the odds on the page prove that a specific opening was fair?

No. A chance does not prove that a particular result was calculated honestly; that takes a provably fair mechanism with verification, which we did not find.

Hellcase Free Case: Levels, Premium and Daily Rewards

Ranks. Opening cases earns XP: level 2 needs 500 XP. We lack the full reward table: thresholds for levels 1, 2, 10, 15 and 25 are known, and level 17 is marked as a milestone without a stated reward.

Downside

the free case is not available from registration. Level 2 requires spending $50 on the site, so you cannot try it through free cases without depositing.

Downside

Daily case: from level 2, 1 case per day, and at level 25 up to 3; the case quality grows with your level.

Hellsquad VIP. A $300 deposit in a month gives 5% Wartagback, and at levels 10, 15 and 25 the extra grows to 6%, 6.5% and 7.5%. The site does not say what Wartagback returns. XP boosters (+50%, +75%, +100%) cost from 350 coins to $50.00; the coin rate is not stated.

Premium subscription

Exclusive cases cost $0.65 to $299.00, and Diamond adds faster support. The site promises a deposit bonus “up to $150.00” with a subscription but does not explain how.

Who Cannot Play on Hellcase

The Terms of Use contain no list of banned countries. From a Georgian IP the site opened, and the cashier showed methods for Georgia.

Age: the site states 18+. Downside: from our first notes (not re-checked), the Terms of Use allow users aged 14-17 with parental consent, so 18+ and the rules disagree. We write for readers 18 and over.

Our take

no banned-country list does not mean the site is open everywhere; your country’s law matters more than the site’s rules. Access can also be lost without breaking any law: our account got an autoban for suspected multi-accounting (see above).

Before Your First Deposit

  • 18+. Gambling is for adults only; if your country’s minimum age is higher, it applies.
  • Country. Check your local law first: we found no license.
  • Withdrawal. Skins only, no cash: decide where you will sell won items first.
  • Bonus. Compare the cashier percentage with the rules.
  • Account. Avoid logging in from different countries or through a VPN: our account was hit by the “MULTIACC ABUSE” autoban until 2036.
  • Budget. Play only with an amount you can afford to lose: provably fair is claimed, but RTP is not published.

Hellcase’s strength is its choice of cases: about 300 for CS2, plus upgrades, contracts and battles. The legal entities are named openly, and 8,799 Trustpilot reviews show a live audience.

The code bonus is a strength (4.0): 10% shown in the cashier, a $100 cap, 1x turnover. Three things pull the score down: skins-only withdrawal with no published timing; a provably fair claim that cannot be checked, with no RTP for any mode; and the missing license, plus a 4.6 rating on the site against 3.4 on Trustpilot. Support scores 4.0 from one request.

If you play for cases, upgrades and battles and accept winnings as skins, Hellcase fits. If you need money on a card or verifiable fairness, look elsewhere.

FAQ

What is the best Hellcase promo code?

The site gives a +10% bonus on the first deposit even without a code. Our code cs2check showed “10% for deposit” in the deposit window on 1 Oct 2026; the partner states +10% on the first three top-ups, +7% on the fourth and +5% after, and we did not record the conditions.

We found no public incidents, but also no license and no way to verify game results, and Trustpilot shows 3.4. Play only with money you can afford to lose.

How do I withdraw skins from Hellcase, and how fast is it?

Only items leave the site, through a Steam Trade Offer, from $2.00 per item. The site does not state a timeframe.

How do I use the Hellcase code?

Sign in through Steam, open the deposit window, enter cs2check in the promo field, press Apply and check the percentage under “You will get” before you pay.

Can I withdraw money to a card?

No, only items through a Steam Trade Offer. KYC is required on withdrawal and when a violation is suspected.

Is Hellcase available in my country?

The rules contain no list of banned countries; the site opened from a Georgian IP. Your country’s law matters more than the site’s rules.
